Measurement charts are available for all products on request - if you'd like to see one of these please contact us.
Returns are accepted for exchange all Ready to Ship Orders that are returned within 30 days of dispatch. We can't cover the costs for you to post it back to us, but we will happily offer you a store credit for the cost of your garment.
Pieces with marks, odours, or obvious signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange, and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Within 7 days of us confirming the receipt of your return you will receive a store credit voucher for the same value of the item you are returning. If any discounts have been applied to your order/item your voucher will reflect these changes to the cost. You can use your store voucher within 6 months on any item in our store of your choice.
Cost of return postage is not reimbursed.
If you would like to arrange the return please forward through the tracking details for your return as confirmation of your acceptance - please also try to repack your item in the original compostable bag where possible to reduce our environmental impact :)
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for Custom Orders, as we have created these pieces especially for you with your vision in mind. If you are worried that you won't like the piece we create for you, then we recommend shopping from our Ready to Ship section (you're welcome to request photos of individual items so that you can see what you're receiving), or to visit us on a market date to try before you buy.
